If watching T.V. is the best mode of entertainment for you then do not leave out Charmed from your list of Must-watch shows for this is one show you cannot afford to miss. As the name suggests, this tale of the magical trio of sisters is sure to leave you charmed. Prue, Piper and Phoebe were leading a monotonous life until something changed them and their life style forever. The sisters come to know that they are witches and that is when the adventurous magical ride begins. Watch charmed to know how difficult it is to handle each day when you are a witch. However do not think that because Charmed deals with supernatural powers, the audience cannot connect to it at all for the show also shows the normal and ordinary side of these magical sisters to which us normal beings can relate. It would not be incorrect to term Charmed as a complete entertainer.

Charmed is about three sisters for whom the world goes upside down when they come to know that they posses supernatural power, that is, they are witches. Now they have to apply their powers to save the day, live the life of an ordinary human being and also take care that no one comes to know what they are. It lasted for eight decently long seasons and the viewers still can’t get enough of it. Charmed is in the league of those entertaining series aired on television which despite having a long run never lose the charm they had on the viewers. If you enjoy watching supernatural and fantasy show, this one is a must watch for you. The script, the actors, the plot, everything seems to be just right and combine perfectly to make such a great show. Although the series lasted till 2006, it remains and will always remain a favorite of a large number of viewers. Along with being filled with magic, the show also had drama, romance and action. Now what else do you look for in an entertaining T.V. series. If you have not seen this series yet, you are surely missing something which you should not be missing.

Three sisters who are no ordinary ladies are termed as the ‘charmed ones. Why? Because they posses what a lot of humans desire, magical powers. They are witches who are on the ‘good’ side and ready to fight against the bad. Piper, Phoebe and Prue (and after season three it’s Paige instead of Prue) together make the super trio of powerful witches. The first episode of Charmed was aired in the year 1998 and this amazing series lasted for about eight years. Now magic is not the only element which kept Charmed going on for so many years. Charmed also consists of a fair amount of both romance as well as drama and all that you look for in an entertaining T.V. series.

One cannot think of shows dealing with ‘supernatural’ things without thinking about Charmed. Who does not remember this television series with three witches? Prue, Piper and Phoebe are sisters and that to very special ones for they have a very special and unique gift, the gift of magic, the gift of being extremely powerful witches. They come to know about their very special gift after their grand mom dies. Now the difficult part is to try and use these powers efficiently when ever required. Along with this, they have to make sure they lead a life as simply and as normally as they can. Being a witch and living normally, both at the same time will not be easy for the trio. Charmed always got high ratings, from the start of the series in 1998 till its end in 2006. The cast was perfectly selected and the lead actresses suited their characters so well that it seems that no one else could have done a better job. The show might have faced some hindrance after season three when Shannen Doherty who played the role of Prue had to bid farewell. Enter Rose Mcgowan as Paige and after some time the show is back on track. It went on to complete a number of seasons after season three proving that the little hurdle of season 3 did not have a major effect on the series. The charm of Charmed has been charming the audience from 1998 and it has not faded away yet. The show ended years back and yet a number of people watch it even now. It is not easy to extend a show up to eight seasons and still maintain the excitement and the freshness that was promised to the viewers in the beginning but Charmed has done the job well.
