Friend referral system tutorial
Welcome to the Referral System's tutorial page.
As a growing website, MotionEmpire is seeking individuals who can help us spread the word. The Referral System has a very simple design and structure that can earn you MotionEmpire dollars. If interested, spend 10-15 minutes and review all three parts of this tutorial and you will be ready to start increasing your MotionEmpire dollars, which by the way, can be spent at the MotionEmpire Gift-Shop. The tutorial has been divided into three parts:
Every registered user on MotionEmpire has a "Member Number". It's the first piece of information that you will find in your account's home page. Using your Member Number as a Reference ID you will be able to track the number of people you referred. Click here for an example image of your Member Number's location.
In the following picture you can see the Member Number for the user "jimmy" is 701.

MotionEmpire's Home Page is usually the best target to refer friends and family. You can create your Home Page's referral link by simply adding an underline + your Member Number to the end of the / and you will be ready to start sharing. In the second part of this tutorial we will focus on innovative ways to share links.

The above URLs are just example of the referral links of two TV shows. To make it easier, you can find the referral link for every show right below the show's description. You MUST be logged-in in order to see the referral URL of the show. Click here for an image example.
As you can see above, the referral URL for every show will be automatically generated with your Member Number attached to it (when you are logged-in).

You can find your reference link for a watch page using the "Link" that is provided to you in the information bar on the right hand side of each video. IF you are logged-in, your referral ID will be attached to the "Link" & "HTML" tag and you can Copy-Paste them to start sharing the video.

The above URL is an example of a playlist URL that has the referral ID "701" attached to it. You can find the referral link for a playlist right beside the playlist's title by clicking on "Get URL". Again you MUST be logged-in in order to have your Member Number automatically attached to the playlist's URL.

Part 1 Summary:
As you saw in the above examples, the "_701" will track down your referrals based on your Member Number (in this case 701). All you have to do is replace the "701" with your own Member Number and start spreading the links around. The tracking system has been installed on 4 pages only. The Home Page, The Show page, the Watch page and a playlist's URL. What this means is that you have to give the links of a video, a show, a playlist or simply the homepage of MotionEmpire along with your reference ID in order to successfully record the reference. Do not forget that all links have been provided, you just need to know where to find them and that is what this part focused on.
There are many ways you can invite friends and family to visit MotionEmpire, but if you're thinking of making big bucks, you need to go beyond this scope. In this section we'll share some ideas that can help you be more productive and efficient in spreading the word around.

A fast way of generating hits is to upload and optimize the latest Movie trailers. They will rapidly generate a lot of hits and if MotionEmpire has the movie you can give a direct link to the movie which will increase your referrals/viewers ratio even more. Usually movie lovers watch these trailers on YouTube which makes them the perfect match for our website :)
The good thing about MotionEmpire is that it does not compete with YouTube, it completes it! Most of the videos that MotionEmpire has to offer cannot be found on YouTube and as long as you can convey this message to the YouTube audience you will be guaranteed some referrals. You have done your fair share of sharing and now you want to see how you are doing in terms of numbers. You can view the full statistics of your referrals under the "Referral Manager" tab located in your account's home page. The amount you make per each unique referral might change from month to month based on the monthly promotions. Check your account's home page for the latest rate.
Below the summary chart you will find a "Details" button that will show you where exactly the referrals came from and what time did they visit MotionEmpire. If you used a Messenger service then the location will be unknown.
Remember that you will gain M.E. dollars for each unique user that you refer to MotionEmpire and the dollars you make every month will be credited to your account on the last day of the month. Before that they will keep increasing in the "Next Release" balance, so you cannot use them to purchase products from the Gift-Shop until they are released.
