Videos not loading at all? streaming issues and plugins
Video files have a very short lifetime (from hour to day) before they will be deleted. We are not hosting or uploading video files, we just search & collect their links from the Internet. Therefore we can't fix broken files, we can just find another copy elsewhere and try to replace it as fast as we can. Please be patient and take the following actions to increase your chance of viewing a video:
- Try using the latest version of Firefox for best streaming speeds and playback chances. In a lot of cases Internet Explorer cannot play some videos.
- If the video is from a Chinese website like YouKu or Tudou, you should expect slower streaming speeds. It's a good idea to open all the parts of the video in separate tabs and give them some time to load to avoid lagging.
- If you see a funny screen instead of the player then it means that the video file has been deleted.
- Make sure you try all the available sources of a video located on the right-hand side under the "Video Source Navigator" tab.
Also, you must have the latest version of the following browser plug-ins installed to stream all videos:
If any of the above plug-ins are missing, your browser will be incapable of loading certain videos.
