Link hunting guide: Where can I find links for a video?
As you probably know, MotionEmpire does not host videos. We just find
Links to a video and post it so a user can easily watch a video using these links. When you want to upload a video, the primary question is where can I find links for it?
Here are some ways to find links:
- Search YouTube: youtube.com is the biggest video hosting website on the Internet. They strictly enforce all copyright laws, but you can still find links to videos that do not violate copyright laws.
- Search the hosting websites: We have provided a full list of supporting websites for uploading links. If you want to upload a video, visit these websites and directly search their videos for links. The advantage of this process is that you know once you found a link, it will be supported because you searched one of our supporting websites.
- Search for the video via search engines: Search for the video in Google and Yahoo using the keywords "Watch" and "Online for free" before and after the video name. For example, if you want to find some links for the movie "Twilight", simply search Watch Twilight Online for free and start searching the top results for links. Search engines are a great method to find links.
- Search other streaming websites: MotionEmpire is not the only website that provides users with links to full length movies and other videos on the internet. Sites like watch-movies-links.net (movies), movie25 (movies), stagevu.com (movies, animation and TV-shows), surfthechannel.com (TV-shows,movies,animation and documentary) are a good source to search and find links for a video.
The Source Searcher Module
This application is an add-on application for users with a level of 4 or higher. It lists some top streaming websites and enables users to easily search for sources within other websites. The reason it is not available for all users is that we require a user to gain a certain amount of experience before using this application. Once you reach level 4, you can find this application on the right-hand side of each video under the video information tab. If you are uploading a new video, this application can be found on the right column of the video upload page.
