We dedicate ourselves to bringing you the most organized collection of video media available on the Internet since March 2008. On MotionEmpire, you can read the latest news and gossip for your favorite TV Show, Movie and much more. We also collect and organizes video links from other online streaming sources like Hulu, iTunes, Amazon and more.

We love what we do. We are passionate about it and we want our users to be as passionate as we are. We released the second version of MotionEmpire in June 2012 with some very specific goals in mind. We wanted to make MotionEmpire an exclusive community. We kept it 100% free as it always had been, and we even reduced the number of Ads displayed on the website to improve user experience. We wanted users to be more involved in the community. For this reason, we made account registration mandatory. Registering an account is 100% free and it helps users keep track of the videos they watched, the people they referred and the contributions they made to the community. It also enables users to create playlists, manage their favorites and subscriptions in order to get notified as soon as their favorite videos are newly added. We also added new social networking features. We directed MotionEmpire towards a more social environment. We wanted our users to get to know each other. We wanted them to better connect to both each other, and to the community. After all, the 21st century is about making the world a smaller place by collapsing the distance between people via the Internet. What a lovely world we live in!

What made us different from other video streaming websites from the very beginning was our unique point system. A system that allowed us to distinguish the top contributors and reward them for their efforts. It was with the help of our point system that we ensured we can maintain MotionEmpire at very high standard because we gave users more incentive to contribute their time and effort. We created our own currency, called MotionEmpire Dollars and allowed users to spend their money in the Gift Shop.
