Video source navigation options
Each video on MotionEmpire can offer one or more sources. A source of a video simply refers to the options you have to watch the video on different websites. Most videos offer more than one source and MotionEmpire has given you two options to navigate between them:
- Embedded Source Navigator (default): This type of navigation will try to play the video within the MotionEmpire watch page. It makes it easier and more user friendly to view the video within a set page (like YouTube) instead of opening a different website for each source of a video. There are some videos that require a bigger player which does not fit within the 500 pixel space of the watch page, therefore, MotionEmpire has to use an external player. Some other videos are impossible to embed within the MotionEmpire player so you must visit the 3rd party website to view them. If you would like to use the Embedded Source Navigator just select the sources located on the right-hand side of the video under the "Available Sources" tab. You need to click on the name of the source to make it play. If you click on the plus sign it will only show you the information of the source. Once a source is selected the background color will change to yellow. This is what the "Available Sources" tab looks like:
- After you select the Pop-up mode, all the sources will load as block units with the parts listed in order in each block. You can simply click on each part and visit the third party's website to view your video. Remember that the regular navigation will still remain on the right-hand side.
